UCAN is relaunching its Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP) Food Box Delivery service as a Human Services Organization contracted through Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear (CCLCF). This is a Medicaid-reimbursed benefit — there is no cost to eligible participants. Serving up to 150 participants per week.
