🥦 HOP Food Box Delivery — Resuming Soon

UCAN is relaunching its Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP) Food Box Delivery service as a Human Services Organization contracted through Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear (CCLCF). This is a Medicaid-reimbursed benefit — there is no cost to eligible participants. Serving up to 150 participants per week.

🏬 N2N Food Hub

Opening Oct/Nov 2026

Our Nutrition2Nourishment Food Hub is preparing to open, combining a food pantry with dignity-centered, no-documentation-required intake.

Coming Spring 2027

A farmers' market model with stalls for local growers, cooking demonstrations, and educational workshops — part of our Food Hub expansion.
